§ 2112. Removal of contagious cases to hospital

In any county having a hospital for the care and treatment of contagious diseases, any lawfully authorized health authorities of or within the county may remove cases of contagious disease to such hospital for treatment and isolation, whenever proper quarantine measures cannot otherwise be enforced.
